Convenient if it worked well

This app is convenient to start parking. They charge an additional fee for convenience and another for a text service to alert you that time is running out. The text gives the option to extend time--I wish you could simply extend the amount of time in the app (as the text message suggests you can) but this is not possible. The syntax required to extend time takes some practice because its written confusingly. Even when you figure that out its hit or miss whether you get the confirmation text....so you have to go back to the app and restart your parking (pay another fee) and potentially have a gap in the time you are covered by the time you realize your request didnt go through. I dont even know if you get charged once or twice when this happens.
Overall good idea- but needs execution help and updates.
