Scam..Scam...Scam....! RUN DON'T WALK Unauthorized charges...had to cancel 2 cards-bank sends alerts asap. Must be an inside job as this is the 2nd time! Like others have posted...stick to quarters!

Bad...just bad all around. I cannot believe they think this thing is ready for use. For starters, you try to get into the app but it needs to send a verification code to your cell phone. It takes literally 15-20 minutes to get the code and then, once you enter it, it says it's invalid. If it weren't such a disappointment it would be laughable how terrible this application is. Spare yourself the headache.

I hesitated because of the scathing reviews, but a colleague recommended it so I tried it. Its VERY good! Reliable! Twice I had a problem and emailed them. I got a phone call within 10 minutes and both problems were resolved. I love the 15 minute warning- its cheaper than a ticket! 5 stars!

Im trying to sign up but keep getting exception thrown error after I get PIN. How frustration. Guess I need to find change in my car to pay for parking in Alexandria VA.

Would like to live the convenience of this app, but it works no where near as smoothly as ParkMobile. The latest update to fix bugs repeatedly causes a "system exception" error and prevents successful sign in. It is rather a problem when you are relying on the app to pay for parking and avoid receiving a ticket.

Now I cant sign in at all. What a terrible app!

Half hour sitting here trying to get it to work in Alexandria. Why is the city picking an awful app when Parkmobile is used by all its neighbors with great success? Snobby town syndrome probably. So here I sit instead of frequenting a retailer. Get out of your high tower and miserly ways and join the working throngs, "Old Town!" Including actual working apps. Your own drummer is costing you money and goodwill.

I cant understand the bad reviews, Ive had no trouble with it whatsoever. Once I thought I ended parking and apparently didnt. Noticed it hours later. Contacted customer service and they righted the wrong immediately.

This app asks for way too much information to park a car. You practically have to give them your blood type, totally unnecessary. When compared to apps like park mobile which have a very simple and easy to use design, this app is atrocious. Scrap the app and do a simple design rather than have all these extra features that cause it to crash. And $1.99/month for a reminder about my meter expiring?? Are you serious? Park mobile does that for free. Whoever engineered this app needs to be fired.

Does not function well and is too confusing to use overall, not very user friendly or intuitive.

Whoever developed this app needs more schooling. Crashes often; impossible to log in. Bad app

Downloaded this app for use in Old Town, Alexandria, VA. I can type in a zone number but cant "enter" to make it accept the number. Not sure if this is an IOS incompatibility issue but I wasted a lot of time entering information for an app I cant use.

Just awful and inconvenient and requires too much info.

Dont be fooled by the 5 star ratings that are clearly made by the developers. This app is terrible and should be a Masters class in horrible app design. Theres like negative functionality. You cant even search for and enroll in parking areas, which is ITS ONE JOB. Congrats guys, youre really pioneering new levels of bad.

It doesnt work. After entering LOT of info, the first time I tried to use it, it crashed. I found out thats because the license plate number wasnt set up. Then I tried again but it wouldnt let me proceed without a "Zone #" There are no zone numbers for Phoenix so I had to run back to my car and pay. Dont waste your time with this application.

Doesnt work right, says you can pay on the go you cant. Thanks for the false advertisement

This app constantly crashes and doesnt work half the time. Its also a complete rip-off to have to pay every month for their text message service. Just awful, Im pretty sure the former Mayor of Mount Vernon must have been friendly with the developer because I cant imagine why else they would use such a terrible service.

This is probably the worst app Ive ever used. Its poorly designed, the user interface is completely unnavigable, the cost of parking is impossible to figure out, and theres no way to add five more minutes, thus doing absolutely nothing to avoid the classic meter parking challenge of leaping from your table in the middle of dinner to avoid getting ticketed. I hate it so much and I resent having to use it. I assume this was developed by someone in city governments nephew and thats why were saddled with it, because I cant imagine someone saw a demo of this product and thought it was great.

Terrible app. Extremely burdensome to enter in all the information. Does not warn beforehand that AMEX is not accepted. App features sometimes plain dont work. Constant crashing. And to add insult to injury, charges a convenience fee on top of the payment. Easier, quicker, and cheaper to just pay at the meter. Worse-than-useless app.

Spent way too much time fiddling with a app that doesnt work. Waste of time. Horrible horrible horrible horrible
