While the app makes it tremendously easy to pay for a meter here is why it loses two stars: 1) we already r charged convenience charged a convenience app so asking for 1.99 for a notice youre about out of time comes off bad. Why not increase the convenience fee a few cents 2) The stickers put on our cities meters read "enjoy worry free "prarking". A parking app company spells parking incorrectly and out of downers look at us like were idiots. Other than that it works for my needs and I just use meteraid to track my time.

Simple app. Easy to use. $1.50/hr - worth!

Better to just pay with your debit card/credit card. This app is crap.

I hesitated because of the scathing reviews, but a colleague recommended it so I tried it. Its VERY good! Reliable! Twice I had a problem and emailed them. I got a phone call within 10 minutes and both problems were resolved. I love the 15 minute warning- its cheaper than a ticket! 5 stars!

That is so uncool. Other apps do it for free.

Horrible design, user experience, clunky, and a waste of time.

Would be great if it worked. The app is so broken and getting customer support is a joke. "Communication error" seems to be the norm.

Credit card information changed. Tried reaching them to update same and could not get through on their so called customer service line, which after reading other reviews is a godsend. And they charge $1.99+ taxes and fees if you sign up for text messages to remind you of time expiration. What a rip! Use other means of payment!

Not that great

Spent 10 minutes trying to set it up and it wont even let me enter my payment information. Waste of time

Just tried to use app to park in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. The app wanted to charge me $14 for a parking spot that the local machine only charged me $2 for. This is so wrong. Who is getting this 700% mark-up? No other parking service in the DC area is this expensive.

Willing to go the extra mile for customers. App is easy to use.

The UI/UX is terrible, it takes forever for initial setup, location services refuse to tell the app what city Im in, and all notifications are sent through text instead of push. Not to mention that the app refused to let me renew my meter even though I was under the time limit. Set a reminder on your phone and just pay using a card, its much easier

Terrible. It is absurd that they charge you monthly per car. No other parking application does that. Also deactivating your account is unnecessarily hard; I had to speak w multiple different groups on the phone and it took them over one week. Cannot believe a company like this exists

The worst app Ive ever used!!!

Most apps progress. This one goes backwards. Used to indicate when meters were not needed. Here in Scranton it keeps charging even over the "meter over"period. Even n Sundays! Please correct for more stars....

Beats the heck out of searching for loose change in the seats

App fails and shuts down every time you try to put in the space #. Wont login. Junk!!!
