Pango Parking App Reviews

This app is the worst. Invariably you will end up paying the maximum on any meter unless you put an alert yourself to check the app. What a rip off!

Time it to to manually set up pango on my phone 30min. Once all my info was set up I paid for parking. I GOT A TICKET ANYWAY. Immediately called pango to which I was given an order number. Ticket never got processed. I was told to pay the ticket by a rep and "the city will pay you back." What a joke. #FalseAdvertisement #TookMyMoney #Lies

Its a great idea and the implementation could be worse... But only slightly worse from here. No intuitive account setup, no response to emails, poor functionality.... I agree with most of the posts below....

Downloaded this morning to add time to my meter. App is clean and easy to navigate, but keeps crashing when I try to add my meter number. iOS is up to date. Even tried restarting my phone. This app could be great, but rather it is leaving me annoyed.

Parked at a 30 min max meter going to the ER. We all know we dont leave the ER in 30 mins. I could not add additional time. Wasnt allowed. Then whats the point !! I just went out and fed the meter for 2 hours

App crashes every time I try to enter a space number

No one likes parking fees, but this app makes them simple to manage. Dont shoot the messenger - or the cashier.

Worst app ever - I just received a 30 dollar parking ticket when app failed. Customer service was poor and unhelpful.

I was in Bronxville, NY a few days ago and I downloaded the Pango parking application. It was really quick and easy to download, the best thing was that it reminded me that my session was about to expire.. I looked out from the restaurant and the meter maid was doing her rounds. I did not have to leave my seat to top it up, feel like I definitely got one up on them. Its the future, brilliant app

Not user friendly at all. The worst

So many issues with the Pango system. I use it and still get parking tickets every now and then because the meter maids type in wrong plate. Also the app asks for info that I dont have like account numbers Etc. Way over complicated for something that should be great. Oh well at least the idea is good. Maybe if they listened to their customers they could make improvements.

Im in Bronxville right now and it took 30 seconds to download the app, list me as a driver, add my car, unsubscribe the $1.99 reminder service (which White Plains includes) and I was done. Now for a quick lunch and spin class at Scarsdale Cycle [plug plug]...

I cannot figure out how to delete my credit card information. This app does not ask for a password when you open it so all of my information is easy to access. Since I cannot delete my credit card information I feel it is not secure. I also cannot figure out how to cancel my account.

I downloaded the app without any problems, entered all of my information and had positive results. The fee of .09 cents is worth it. No more tickets from forgetting to add money to the meter. Pango informs me when my time is up and gives me the option to extend. This is a great app for parking.

I hit the "start parking" button but it never went through? Got a nice fat ticket. This happens often with the app, though most of the time I catch it and can restart the app to make sure it goes through. Very irritating. The way I see it, its a free app, but I paid 40.00 for it.

Waste of time. Not intuitive

App double charged me twice and did not sync with local parking system causing me to get a ticket. Best to skip the app and pay for parking directly.

I am not entirely sure whats wrong with the structure of this app and the associate website, but its been nothing but a massive fraud for me. Ive received charges to my card in excess of $40.00 when I have not used it in months. When I attempt to log in online, there is no easy way to recover a forgotten password and there are a ton of bugs with the app. Avoid this at all costs - I am actually reporting this company for fraud.
